Cross Cultural Selling Skills
The Open Educational Resources (OERs) created have been categorized in 5 modules:
- Marketing and Sales in International Markets;
- Planning Sales in International Markets;
- Sales Intelligence and Data Processing;
- Intercultural Competences to communicate in International Markets;
- International Business Negotiation.
16 Learning units were realized and enriched with in-depth materials.
The result is implemented on the e-learning Platform (S.AGE).
