Based on the results from IO1 (Competence dictionary), the set of teachings, activities, knowledge and skills, that the trainees should have based on the S.M.I.Le.’s program design, should aim at training a profile corresponding to the level 5 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
The IO2 of the S.M.I.Le. project provides a framework in which capabilities, comprised with knowledge, skills and expected results, are elaborated into expected learning outcomes, that need to be defined and written in a way which allows for individual and local adaptation and interpretation.
